Tzatziki Sauce

Katelin

I’m a big condiment person. Like at least three dipping sauces for fries kind of condiment person. Most of the things I cook are really simple. A protein, some veggies and maybe a carb. But what makes them taste amazing is what you put on them.

I honestly don’t remember when I discovered tzatziki sauce but greek food has been one of my favorite cuisines for a loooong time and tzatziki is one of the reasons. Creamy but fresh, and it goes with everything. PLUS, it’s seriously so easy to make, you don’t even really need a recipe. But I wrote one anyway. So go make it and put that s*** on everything!

5 Ingredient Tzatziki Sauce

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 0 minutes | Total time: 5 minutes

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients
  • 1 container (approx. 16 oz.) greek yogurt (I use fage 2% but you could use any dairy-free alternative)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 clove garlic minced or ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ cucumber peeled, seeded, and chopped

  • 2-4 tbsp chopped dill

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving

  2. Store in air tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
